This is a full-time, on-site role for an Invoicing & Logistics Administrator located in Beirut. The Invoicing & Logistics Administrator will be responsible for managing daily invoicing tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth flow of logistics operations.

This role includes tracking delivery dates, issuing delivery notes and invoices, monitoring new purchase arrivals, and coordinating drivers’ delivery itineraries. The administrator will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.

• Proven experience in invoicing, issuing delivery notes, and logistics coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Brains or similar) for managing stock and documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with export procedures and documentation
• Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
• Experience in the apparel or textile manufacturing industry is highly appreciated
• Must be agile, adaptable, and flexible, with a strong sense of dedication and precision
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant field aligned with the responsibilities of this role
• Prior experience in a similar domain is a strong advantage
