How can you help us?

Are you persuasive, analytical and eager to work with capital markets as our Investor Relations Analyst / Associate in Brussels, Belgium?

As our Investor Relations Analyst / Associate, you will be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team and the broader Group Finance & Administration team, helping to ensure that capital markets have a proper perception of the Eurofins network and its investment story.

Together with fellow colleagues in the Investor Relations team, you will be the regular interface with both external capital markets stakeholders (i.e., investors and analysts), and also internal stakeholders including senior management. In addition, you will be involved internally in preparing ESG disclosures and engaging external ESG stakeholders such as ESG ratings agencies, analysts and investors.

Communication activity to both internal and external stakeholders is a key element of the role, so the ideal candidate will be polished and persuasive in their written and verbal communication. Additionally, given the orientation of the role toward capital markets, a solid understanding of finance and accounting as well as strong analytical skills are important to be effective in the role, and to build towards becoming a direct contact for investors. In terms of personal characteristics, an effective Investor Relations Analyst / Associate will be able to both work as part of a close-knit Investor Relations team, and also independently to derive and propose solutions to open-ended challenges.

Lastly, given the fluid nature of the capital markets, the Investor Relations Analyst / Associate will feel comfortable working in a very dynamic, fast-moving environment.

As an Investor Relations Analyst / Associate, you will:

• Assist in developing, crafting and controlling the quality of key messages, Q&As, publications, presentations and media used in the Investor Relations programme, as well as senior management presentations.
• Support the production of materials for quarterly reports (Q1 and Q3), the Half Year Report, and the Annual Report in liaison with fellow colleagues from Finance and Administration.
• Manage Investor Relations conferences and road shows, investor tours, meetings and conference calls, including targeting, outreach and relationship management, as well as contribute to the coordination and preparation of the AGM.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information of the Investor Relations section of the corporate website.
• Prepare, proof read, publish and distribute corporate communications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and proactively develop other key Investor Relations management tools such as the Investor Relations contact database, consensus analysis, Eurofins network financial model and peer group analysis.
• Build over time to become a primary contact for external capital markets participants (i.e., analysts and investors, ESG rating agencies) as well as internal stakeholders (i.e., senior management, colleagues in finance & administration, internal subject matter experts, etc.) on subjects related to Eurofins companies’ perception in the capital markets.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from a top university, or other scientific or numerate discipline if you can demonstrate experience in financial markets or in a finance role at a corporate.
• Ideally 1 to 3 years of working experience in corporate or finance.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Complete proficiency in MS Office is a must.
• Perfect knowledge of English (written & spoken) required.

We support your development! Do you feel like you don’t match 100% of the requirements? Don’t hesitate to apply anyway! Eurofins companies are committed to supporting your career development.
