• You will be responsible to bring onboard as many influential, powerful, and globally-recognised Real Estate and Infrastructure investors as possible. You will research and discover globally high-profile investors, regionally influential investors and more. 
• Your future KPIs will be aligned to bringing onboard the best and the brightest investors from around the world and the assets under management they represent; that will help ensure Cityscape Global has the most impressive investor program cohort in the region. 
• You will keep in contact with these investors throughout the year, cultivating a relationship, answering all queries, and meeting with them both virtually and in-person to convince them to become a part of the Investor Program. All prospective and confirmed investors will be kept on a database that will be updated daily, for tracking and data purposes. 
• Closer to the event, this would involve working with the logistical operations team to ensure: Tier 1 investors (from the top global firms) are well looked after (e.g., flights, accommodation, transport); and that all investors confirmed to attend are kept well informed about key event details, such as badge collection, app downloads, venue location, and more.  
• Furthermore, you will co-ordinate with marketing to ensure that confirmed investor’s bio and picture are featured on our website, well publicised, and track any changes prior to the event. 
• You will also liaise with the conference production team if there are investors and/or investor-related topics that are new, innovative, and cutting-edge, assisting with the speaker onboarding process and handover to the relevant producer, helping shape investor forums, talks, panels and investor programme content as a whole.

Qualifications

• You will contribute with new ideas and topics for the conferences, features, webinars, and content based on those investors you have onboarded. 
• You will work closely with marketing team to ensure that they accurately represent your investors.  

Essential 

• Experience in conference production and/or event management is preferred, but we offer intensive training and coaching for outstanding candidates who wish to move into this career 
• A keen interest in the global investment ecosystem, especially in the latest real estate developments 
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Basic AI text/image generating tools and Excel  
• Commercial awareness  
• Research based role with a demand for detail orientated individuals  
• Copywriting/marketing skills  
• Arabic language skills
• Brand and market awareness 
• Exemplary people management skills 
• You will be innovative in identifying cutting-edge investors and ensuring they align to the core values of the investor programme
• You will be diligent in ensuring onboarded investors are high quality and the firms they represent are high value. 
• You will do extensive research across multiple platforms to ensure all investor information is up to date. 
• You will have excellent people management skills to ensure investors are well looked after both in the pre-event run-up, and on site.

• 30 days accommodation or a suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date, or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000 
• Up to SAR 2,500 reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costs
