Job Description

We are looking for an Investment & Strategy Analyst (Junior Analyst) to join the team at Ennismore, supporting our Group Chief Strategy & Investment Officer on various projects across the business.

Topics you’ll be working on ...

• Group Business Plan, coordinating contribution from the various business units of the Group
• Transactions related topics (M&A, individual project investment…)
• Key Group Presentations for Shareholders / Board / Comex, etc.
• Development case studies 
• Post transaction Integration topics
• Other Group Strategy related topics
• Ad-hoc development related topics

• 6-month to 1 year full-time working experience with Investment Banking (front desk), Private Equity, transaction team in the big 4, or similar environment
• Familiar with various financial models and valuation methods
• Excellent excel skills and be capable to build complicated formulas/models
• Synthetic skills to conduct market and competitor analyses
• Ability to produce accurate and impactful presentation materials (mostly with PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented, in particular for numbers and presentations
• Comfortable with multi-tasking, intense work pace and tight deadlines  
• Previous knowledge/experience in hospitality (or real estate) related industry is preferred but not required
• UK eligible working visa is largely preferred
