Role Overview
The Associate II will provide operational Investment Analytics function. The role involves ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely data and reporting, maintaining MIS and SLA standards, supporting internal and client-driven requests, and contributing to process improvement, change management, and project initiatives. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Development through job rotation and continuous learning—both formal and informal—is a core aspect of the team environment. Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver accurate and timely operational and analytical data from internal and third‑party systems on a monthly and quarterly basis for Equity, Fixed Income, and Balanced portfolios.
• Support ad‑hoc data and reporting requests across multiple clients as required.
• Maintain effective working relationships with operation teams and engage directly with clients through regular communication and coordination.
• Contribute positively to team performance by promoting collaboration and shared ownership.
• Actively participate in the Investment Analytics Change Management process, ensuring all client‑driven and operational changes are appropriately logged, reviewed, and implemented.
• Liaise with the Change team to resolve information gaps, highlight issues, and ensure responses are provided within agreed SLA timelines.
• Allocate and monitor change requests across the Investment Analytics team to ensure timely completion.
• Provide oversight of Joint Venture (JV) activities through regular communication and monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables, ensuring adherence to SLA and KPI requirements.
• Escalate issues where required and participate in regular governance discussions with JV stakeholders.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to ensure all client deadlines and service commitments are met.
• Review existing procedures and implement enhancements to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and communication.
• Support and maintain oversight of new client onboarding and other project‑related initiatives.

Person Specification
Required Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in PC applications; basic Excel skills required (advanced skills advantageous)
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent qualification; preference for a numerically focused discipline
• BCom, BBA, MBA, or CFA qualification considered an advantage
Experience
• Internship or prior experience within an asset management or investment‑related environment is desirable
