Overall Role Summary:  

This role involves managing key aspects of the Investment & Governance function, especially within the areas of P&T Finances and Resource Management. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with all levels of management, and be able to tailor data & perform analysis to suit the audience in question, whilst building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of P&T. The role demands a high level of accuracy to maintain the integrity of the function, as well as the ability to challenge the status quo with regards to current and future costs. 

Key Accountabilities:  

• Manage the P&T Investment Finances and coordinate monthly reviews with PMO team
• End to End global resource management ownership
• Coordination of monthly resource allocation data (to facilitate staff capitalisation process) 
• Coordination for preparation of recurring management decks (PTLT/MBR/CIC) with multiple stakeholders along with providing Key inputs to the same
• Understanding the full P&T Finances across both CAPEX/OPEX
• End to End ownership of invoice allocation, management & coding in SAP 
• Consolidation & analysis across various dimensions of multiple data sets related to resources and finance 
• Key conduit between Finances and P&T
• PMO assistance as and when needed

You must have the right to work and live in India.

Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Bengaluru office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 5 days per week in-person time.
