What is the opportunity?
As an intern in RBC’s Madrid office, you will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.
What will you do?
Assisting in execution of mandated deals
Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
Gathering public information through numerous sources
Creating financial model analyses
Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics
Building company forecast models
Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or M&A assignments
Producing and maintaining various databases
General research
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
University degree or equivalent. Ideally recently graduated Masters student or Masters student with no further classes and only an internship to complete
Must be available to work full time from beginning of March 2026 to end of September 2026
Hardworking, resilient, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
Sound judgement with strong analytical and quantitative skills and high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
Teamwork approach with colleagues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Fluency in English and Spanish
