Your Role
The role offers a unique opportunity to execute highly-visible transactions in the ever-fascinating Technology industry, with a focus on the software, digital media, digital services, fintech, and digital commerce sectors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Technology investment banking, private equity, corporate development, VC or equity research. Alternatively, a candidate with a clear interest for mergers & acquisitions investment banking can be considered. They should come from an excellent academic background and be highly numerical and articulate. The candidate must be a self-motivated team player, while being ready to work within a particularly demanding environment.
Your Responsibilities
• Marketing materials: Helping prepare materials such as pitch books and confidential information memoranda (CIMs), to market potential deals to clients or investors
• Research: Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify potential targets or buyers, and assess new market dynamics
• Due diligence support: Assisting with due diligence efforts, including gathering and reviewing data on the client companies, NDA or letter of intents
• Financial analysis and modelling: Analyzing financial statements, building business plans, and updating trading multiples, transaction multiples, and DCF to support valuation exercises
