Position Overview
Zinda Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, tech-savvy, and passionate about uncovering facts that strengthen client cases.
The Investigator will work closely with attorneys and staff on a wide variety of investigative matters related to personal injury and wrongful death cases. This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Work closely with attorneys and legal staff on investigative matters related to active cases
Inspect accident scenes, vehicles, and physical evidence
Locate and interview witnesses
Conduct background investigations and research
Prepare detailed investigative reports and scene diagrams
Document findings accurately and thoroughly
Utilize technology, online databases, and social media platforms for investigations
Assist attorneys in gathering and organizing case evidence
Travel as needed for inspections, interviews, and investigations
Perform additional investigative functions as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong proficiency with technology, internet research, and social media platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff
Preferred Qualifications
Previous investigative or claims adjusting experience
Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
Bilingual in Spanish
