About Redemption Plus
At Redemption Plus, we are more than a prize supplier—we are Architects of Fun. We partner with family entertainment centers, bowling alleys, and cinemas across the country to create unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional prizes, design, and merchandising services.
While we are known for our world-class product line, our true value lies in the Services we provide to help our partners scale. From custom room designs to sophisticated automated replenishment programs, we provide the tools that allow our clients to focus on their guests while we handle the complexity of their inventory.
The Role
We are looking for an Inventory Support Specialist to join our Services Team. In this role, you are the link between our physical product and the digital systems that power our clients' success. You will ensure that the inventory data within our partners' systems is accurate, actionable, and ready to support the automated programs that drive their growth.
This isn't a warehouse role; it is a service-oriented technical role. You are a data steward and a consultant who helps our partners maintain the operational integrity required to deliver a great guest experience.
Core Responsibilities
1. Data Integrity for Scalable Services
System Stewardship: Monitor customer inventory data across our platforms to ensure accuracy. You identify "dirty data" or system discrepancies and lead the corrective actions needed to fix them.
Audit & Reconcile: Conduct regular remote and onsite audits to ensure that a client's "on-hand" prize counts match their digital record. You dive deep into the root causes of errors—whether they are process-driven or system-related.
Automation Readiness: Certify that a client’s data is "clean" enough to support our automated service programs. You act as the gatekeeper who ensures a seamless transition from manual ordering to system-led replenishment.
2. Strategic Field Support
On-Site Implementation: Travel to client locations (10–15%) to lead inventory resets and physical audits. You ensure that the physical prize hub is organized in a way that aligns with our digital merchandising standards.
Consultative Coaching: Work directly with operators at arcades and entertainment centers. You provide the training and best practices they need to maintain high-integrity inventory between our visits.
Problem Solving: When inventory trends deviate, you don't just fix the number; you fix the process. You provide the visibility our Services and Sales teams need to prevent recurring issues.
3. Operational Excellence
Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly reports on inventory health, stock-out risks, and shrinkage trends for the Services department.
Planogram Alignment: Ensure that the physical prizes on a client's shelf match the digital planograms we have designed for them.
The Technical Requirements
This role requires a candidate who enjoys the precision of complex data and the discipline of operational systems.
Data Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. You should be comfortable with Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and managing large datasets to find discrepancies.
Systems Experience: 1–3 years of experience working with an ERP or Inventory Management System (IMS). You understand how data flows from receiving to a guest's transaction.
Analytical Mindset: You are motivated by the goal of 98%+ data accuracy. You can interpret metrics like turnover and shrinkage to provide actionable insights to our team.
Industry Background: Experience in retail operations, supply chain, or field-based inventory auditing is highly preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, but we value hands-on experience in managing complex inventory environments.
Travel & Physical Requirements
Field Presence: Approximately 10–15% travel, including multi-day trips to client sites across the U.S.
Hands-On Nature: Onsite work involves standing, bending, and reaching to audit physical prize hubs and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.
Why Join Our Team?
A Strategic "Seat": You aren't just a data entry clerk. You are an essential part of the Services team that enables our partners to grow and scale their businesses.
Professional Autonomy: We empower you to own your processes and contribute to the evolution of our service offerings.
Superior Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) with immediate vesting and company match.
Flexible PTO policy and a hybrid work model (3 days in Overland Park / 2 days remote).
The Culture: We live our values—Customer Obsessed, Accountability, and Hustle—and we celebrate our impact on the guest experience every day.
