Inventory & Replenishment Planner (gn)

Your start in our Demand Planning team at ESN!

As an Inventory & Replenishment Planner (gn), you will ensure that our products are available at the right time and in the right place, and drive measures to improve our inventory health. Do you think in a data-driven way, want to take ownership, and actively develop our planning processes? Then join our team.

Your mission

• You allocate inventory across warehouses and distribution channels

• You monitor service level and availability KPIs and derive measures for improvement

• You take responsibility for inventory health and drive continuous improvements

• You support the preparation of the Executive S&OP meeting

• You coordinate the planning of value-added services (VAS)

Your experience & skills

• You have a degree in supply chain, business, or a comparable field

• You have at least one year of experience in inventory, replenishment, or supply planning, or in a comparable data-driven role

• You work analytically and derive clear insights and recommendations for action on availability, inventory health, and service levels from data

• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and impress with your strong communication and coordination skills

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and proactively drive your topics forward

• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• You have very good English skills; German is an advantage
