Inventory & Logistics Specialist

Shift – 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities 

Collect daily inventory information

Input inventory into spreadsheet

Create paperwork for upcoming jobs (audit logs, in process sheets, labels) 

Assist in loading and unloading trucks

Sign-in new deliveries into incoming log

Create labels for incoming materials

Input new materials into material inventory

Support operators with necessary materials throughout day

Stage materials for night shift

Submit shipment details to Billing dept

Maintain Warehouse organization

Qualifications: 

A strong focus on detail is crucial for accurate assembly and quality checks. 

The ability to read and interpret documents and assembly instructions is essential. 

The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. 

A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills are important for collaborating with others. 

Basic problem-solving skills are useful for addressing minor assembly issues. 

A high school diploma or equivalent is often a requirement.
