Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage and optimize inventory operations across our warehouses. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient stock movement, and seamless fulfillment support.
What You’ll Do
As an Inventory Executive, you will:
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock audits to ensure data integrity
• Track inventory movements including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Generate reports on stock levels, ageing, and slow-moving items
• Monitor reorder levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
• Support warehouse and fulfillment teams with accurate and real-time inventory data
• Continuously improve inventory control processes and SOPs
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point to effectively communicate with local and regional stakeholders.
