What You Will Be Doing:
Helion is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Technician to support inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. This role is responsible for executing daily cycle counts, researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and improving inventory workflows through warehouse organization and defragmentation. You will report directly to our Inventory Control Supervisor at our headquarters in Everett, WA.
You Will:
• Complete daily cycle counts across assigned warehouse areas
• Research, document, and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Submit completed counts, findings, and recommendations to the Inventory Control Manager
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and recurring issues
• Support inventory workflow optimization and warehouse defragmentation efforts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Assist with audits and annual physical inventory counts
Required Skills:
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Comfortable working with inventory systems (WMS/ERP/MES) and Excel
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause investigation skills
• Ability to lift 20 lbs
