Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor
Division: AELogistix/Shiplogiq
Location: 375 E Markham St, Perris, CA 92571 (onsite 5 days)
Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across all clients and storage locations within the warehouse. This role focuses on cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of inventory accuracy in a multi-client 3PL environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations
Perform and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS
Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams to prevent errors
Develop SOPs for inventory handling and adjustments
Prepare inventory reports for internal teams and clients
Support client audits and physical inventories
Monitor shrink, damages, and loss trends
Qualifications
3+ years inventory control experience in a warehouse or 3PL
Strong WMS experience
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience managing cycle counts and audits
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $70k-$80k annually
