• Coordinate cycle count (complete and enter daily cycle counts in SAP) with Inventory Analyst
• Responsible for finished goods and raw material cycle counts
• Submit variances to Inventory Analyst
• Support Scheduler/Expeditor with critical inventory discrepancy concerns
• Monitor and cycle count inventory levels on critical, high-risk parts or A,B,C method
• Recount items as required generally driven by high system variance
• Drive root cause analysis through the variance checklist
• Report any opportunities for improvement with respect to inventory accuracy
• Assist with production reporting, scrapping and transfer audits
• Assist with audit transfers to/from warehouses
• Participate in Department Inventory Team Meetings
• Maintain/assist updates on Cycle Count Sheets
• Monitor sort transactions
• Assist with inventory on trials/samples
• Locate Samples – have inventory added to SAP
• Monitor EC changes
• Support daily production plan through inventory accuracy
• Support continuous improvement activities including safety, quality and productivity for all lines
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety policies
• Support enforcement of company policies and employee handbook
• Successfully complete Forklift training and will be provided a license indicating eligibility to operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift
• Facilitate communication to leadership regarding inventory-related topics such as discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Demonstrate flexibility in shifting priorities to meet production demands and business needs
• Apply strong conflict resolution skills to address inventory discrepancies and drive solutions
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1–5 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or assembly operations
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills required
• Computer Skills: Must have Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & SAP
• Other Skills: Must possess the interpersonal skills to communicate with coworkers. Product Process Knowledge. Problem Solving Tools. Works under minimal supervision.
