Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00
Job Summary:
The Inventory Control will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring inventory processes run efficiently while adhering to our high-quality standards and following all safety and company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ERP and warehouse management systems, as well as Excel and email, to facilitate collaboration across departments.
Job Duties:
Follow 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using ERP, WWMS, Excel, and email communication.
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
Consolidate and organize inventory to optimize warehouse space and efficiency.
Identify and process scrap items in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with Production, Finance, and Quality teams to address inventory-related issues.
Follow all safety protocols when handling materials and operating equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, etc.)
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities, as needed, to support team and business objectives.
Role Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management
Proficiency with ERP systems and WWMS
Fluent in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, and working in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and areas exposed to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
