About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Inventory & Returns Controller to join our fast-paced fulfilment operation in Salt Lake City.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of warehouse performance — owning stock accuracy, returns processing, and operational insight. You’ll work cross-functionally with Warehouse, Inventory, and Customer teams to ensure inventory integrity and returns are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with customer SLAs.

What You'll Be Doing

Inventory Control

Maintain accurate stock records within the WMS

Investigate discrepancies, short picks, and stock queries

Conduct cycle counts and manage stock adjustments

Monitor damaged, expired, or at-risk inventory

Returns Management

Manage end-to-end returns processing

Inspect returned goods and identify quality issues

Investigate and resolve customer claims

Ensure returns are processed within agreed SLAs

Operational Support

Collaborate with warehouse and customer teams to support fulfilment

Provide insights on inventory and returns trends

Support workflow improvements and operational efficiency

Continuous Improvement

Identify root causes of stock and returns issues

Improve processes, SOP adherence, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment

Strong background in inventory control or stock management

Confident user of WMS systems and Excel

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to investigate issues and drive resolution

Strong communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer

Pay: Starting at $18.00 perhour with progression to $21.00 per hour

Hours of work: 40 hours per week
