ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to our seasoned Product Analyst, you will provide critical support for our business. Your deliverables will be used to inform our promotions and product sufficiency forecasting. This is a rare learning opportunity with the Product team at Fresh Tracks Canada for a short-term assignment. There may be potential for this role to be extended.
Hourly Wage: $20/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
This is a contract role with an expected end date of September 4, 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Interpret contracts and rate agreements and conform the information to enter in Fresh Tracks proprietary system, including rates, promotions, commissions and terms.
Collaborate with Accounting team to ensure taxes and fees are set up accurately
Conduct quality control checks to validate accuracy before activating for use by sales advisors.
Conduct market analysis to compare net rates with market prices to determine estimated commissions or margins.
Track availability and rates for “make or break” products
Other administration duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary education completed or in progress
Demonstrated ability to work with numbers
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
Able to stay focused when doing repetitive tasks
Desire to learn about the Canadian travel industry and product operations of a tour operator
