We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in supply chain, purchasing, and operations as part of a rapidly growing business. In this role, you’ll help ensure our teams have the materials they need to fully support our high precision nanotechnology instruments—on time and in the right quantities—while learning how inventory and procurement work in a real-world environment. You’ll report to the Service Operations Team Lead and work closely with internal teams and suppliers.
Your mission:
• Create and track purchase orders to ensure materials arrive on time
• Communicate with suppliers to check order status and resolve issues
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages or overstock
• Assist with forecasting commonly used parts (training provided)
• Track supplier performance and flag delays or issues
• Keep accurate records and updates in our ERP system
Your Qualifications:
• Interest in supply chain, purchasing, or operations
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is helpful, but not required
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually. The exact compensation will be deteremind based on the candidate’s years of relavent experience. In addition to pay we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
