Technical Knowledge

• 6+ Years of hands-on experience with Intune enterprise environments
• Expertise in Intune features like Autopilot, Remediation, Device Management, Configuration profile & Compliance Management
• Experience with Entra ID
• Proficient in PowerShell Scripting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 11 Operating System Management
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Provide technical support to L3 issues in the service area
• Responsible for technical & functional documentation related to service area
• Knowledge of Power BI

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
