What You’ll Do:

• Guide candidates through mock interviews and coaching sessions, helping them clearly communicate their qualifications and experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the unique requirements of each role and ensure candidates are prepared accordingly.
• Offer valuable insights and constructive feedback to improve candidates’ interview confidence and technique.
• Support a positive candidate experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout.

Requirements:
• A fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
• Organized, dependable, and professional in your approach.
• Familiar with common remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Notion.
• Bonus: You have a general understanding of technical topics like Java, React, AWS, or similar—even if you're not a technical expert.
