About the Role
We are building an internal Expert Recruitment & Interview Coordination capability to accelerate interviews with industry experts for research and consulting engagements. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and coordinating subject-matter experts for paid consultations, ensuring timely and high-quality expert inputs for project teams.
The role requires individuals who are comfortable with outbound professional outreach, fast turnaround timelines, and structured execution, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
Responsibilities
Expert Identification & Sourcing
Identify relevant industry experts based on detailed project briefs
Source experts using LinkedIn, professional networks, databases, referrals, and desk research
Develop and deliver expert shortlists within tight timelines (often 24–72 hours)
Outreach & Engagement
Conduct structured outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Clearly communicate the consultation opportunity, scope, and compensation
Professionally address expert questions and concerns
Secure expert interest and confirmation for interviews
Screening & Qualification
Conduct preliminary qualification conversations to validate relevance and expertise
Ensure experts meet project requirements, compliance, and conflict-of-interest criteria
Document expert background, experience, and suitability accurately
Interview Coordination
Coordinate availability and scheduling between experts and internal stakeholders
Support smooth execution of interviews and follow-ups
Maintain clear and timely communication with all parties
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and interview status
Track key metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and confirmed interviews
Provide regular updates to project and leadership teams
Required Competencies
Required Experience
1–5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Expert recruitment or expert interview coordination
Recruitment, executive search, research sourcing, or sales development
Consulting, market research, or knowledge services environments
Proven experience with outbound professional outreach
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Key Skills
Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable engaging with senior industry professionals
High attention to detail and disciplined documentation practices
Ability to quickly understand complex research topics
Results-oriented, execution-focused mindset
Preferred / Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting expert interviews or consultations
Familiarity with compliance, confidentiality, and conflict-of-interest checks
Exposure to fast-paced, project-driven environments
