Providing Staffing services to IT clients in US.
Responsible for gathering requirements from the client and closing them successfully.
Involved in complete recruitment process (sourcing, short listing, HR screening/interview, interview arrangements, salary negotiations, offer initiation, post-offer follow ups.)
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and successfully convince them to join.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals - (Monster.com,Tech-Fech.com and Dice.com), direct phone sourcing, networking (LinkedIn), vendors and referrals.
Sourcing & screening the profiles for different requirements in a day.
Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions

Job Description:

Mandatory Technical Skills:

· Working experience on Intershop 7

- Pipelets

- Pipelines

- Persistent Object development

- Business Object development

· at least 1 year experience with Enfinity 6

· at least 3 years Java development Experience

· at least a year of unix/linux experience

· Experience in integrating Intershop with Webservices

· Good experience in Intershop Studio IDE

Mandatory Functional Skills:

Experience in the following Enfinity 6/Intershop 7 areas :

1. creating high level design, data mapping between source systems, dataflow and Interface diagram

2. data set up and data view/design view, SMC administrative activity

3. prototyping out of the box capability(screen/view/workflow, assignment, vanilla process) to end users using Intershop 7 products

4. creating logical relationship diagram and ER diagrams to depict the data relationship

5. writing test scripts, facilitate User acceptance testing where needed

6. Should have thorough experinece in Intershop data model and data migration later

7. Should be aware of the best practices of a canned package and how to implement and influence the same

8. should have experience in working in an Onshore and Offshore model

9. should have worked on at least 1 end to end (full cycle) Enfinity 6 Implementation from initiation to deployment and atleast 1 end to end Intershop 7 migration from Enfinity 6.

10. should be able to address user issues where needed
