The Commercial Analyst / Internship supports the On Premise commercial team by transforming data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making, execution, and sales performance. The role combines analysis, reporting, and business support, with exposure to commercial KPIs, presentations, tools, and cross-functional projects..
Responsibilities:
 
• You will learn how to monitor sales performance through key KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks to improve results in the On Premise channel.
• You will be trained to act as a strategic business partner to the commercial team, providing insights and recommendations that support target achievement.
• You will develop the ability to turn data into actionable insights that guide commercial priorities and drive growth.
• You will contribute to the preparation of high-impact presentations and business updates for internal reviews and management discussions.
• You will gain experience in building reporting dashboards and performance analyses to enable fast, data-driven decision-making.
• You will become familiar with GET, our internal commercial CRM, supporting its day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• You will learn how to drive adoption of GET and reporting tools by supporting and training users across the On Premise team.
• You will contribute to improving reporting tools, databases, and processes to increase efficiency, visibility, and decision-making quality.
• You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with the global sales reporting team and participating in both local and international projects.
 
Candidate Profile & Skill Set:
• Analytical capability : analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Commercial mindset : Able to connect numbers with what is happening in the market and understand how insights can improve sales performance and business growth.
• Way of working : Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with a clear can-do attitude, curiosity to learn, and willingness to take ownership.
• Languages & tools: Fluent Spanish and a good level of English are required. Strong Excel skills are expected; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
Requirements: 
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Able to formalize a “Convenio de Practicas” with your university or business school for the full duration of the internship.
• Available to join a full-time internship based in Madrid.
• Strong interest in commercial analysis, sales performance, and FMCG.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and motivated to make an impact in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
