Internship Student Mechanical Engineer (HKLS)  

Salary 

€1,500 - €2,000 per month

Working Hours  

We operate a 40-hour working week designed to support work-life balance. We offer flexible start and finish times between 8am and 6pm, provided that core hours of 10am to 4pm are covered for team collaboration and meetings. 

 

About The Role 

This internship offers an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate student in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering to gain hands-on experience in a modern consultancy environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, learning how MEP systems are designed, coordinated, and delivered on site. 

What you will do 

As an Intern Mechanical Engineer Student at our Berlin Office, you will:   

Support senior engineers in the design and specification of HVAC, water, and mechanical systems 

Assist with producing drawings, calculations, and reports for live projects 

Attend internal project and design team meetings to understand multi-disciplinary collaboration 

Help review mechanical layouts using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit 

Participate in site visits and inspections to see how designs are implemented 

Learn about energy efficiency, compliance standards, and sustainability in MEP design 

Your Experience 

To be considered for the role, you should: 

Essential 

Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field 

Strong interest in the built environment and mechanical systems design 

Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office 

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude 

Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
