Department Description:

Our experienced team is responsible for one of the largest databases of our company and further 20 core-banking applications, which are mainly developed and maintained on mainframe where large amounts of data and performance are our daily challenges.The smooth operation of our products is rounded off by fault analyses and troubleshooting, so that know-how regarding banking business is not neglected either. This means insights into practically all "corners" of banking IT through our close cooperation with infrastructure, George and payment transactions up to the DWH.

What to do:

• We are looking for students to support our product-teams in the area of software development in Cobol & Natural: typical tasks are the development of new functionalities as well as the improvement (eg refactoring and performance tuning,…) and maintaining of existing applications.

• Focus is also the integration of mainframe environments with modern decentral architecture.

• You will get in touch with a wide range of technologies, from mainframe to cutting edge.

• You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced developers and can also bring in your own new ideas that will support us with new insights.
