Now we are on the hunt for our new Social Media Intern to join our team in Amsterdam!   This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on marketing and communications experience in a growing impact-company, all while making a significant positive impact in the world of cocoa. 

Here’s what you’ll learn: 

• Socials: How to support the social team by developing creative, high‑impact content ideas, keeping the content calendar up to date, and producing channel‑appropriate posts and videos. You’ll build hands‑on skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and visual design (Photoshop, Canva), and learn to write captions and scripts in Tony’s tone of voice.

• Communication: How to develop strong community‑management skills by actively engaging with our chocofans, responding to comments, spotting influencer opportunities and helping maintain a fun, positive and mission‑driven presence across all our NL social channelsTrade marketing: execute campaigns on the shop floor to increase visibility in-store, online, and in our own Superstore. 

• Stakeholder management: How to collaborate with internal and external partners — from Creative to Chocofancare — to support smooth and efficient content production, coordinating logistics, props, shoots and deliverables.

Here’s what you’ll do: 

• Translate our social and brand activities into impactful, creative and channel‑first content for our owned platforms.

• Produce engaging social videos and visual assets that support our communication objectives in the Benelux (and sometimes beyond).

• Prepare and support shoots by arranging props, coordinating logistics and assisting on set when needed.

• Write social copy that brings our mission to life in a fun, accessible and engaging way.   

• Manage our social communities by responding to comments, identifying opportunities for influencer PR and helping strengthen the relationship with our chocofans.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Chocofancare to ensure smooth content creation and consistent messaging across channels.
