• During your internship, you will assist with the documentation of business processes and solutions for the S4/HANA implementation in Docupedia and SAP Signavio.
• You will contribute to process standardization and training of international teams for the documentation in SAP Signavio.
• In addition, you will support project managers in planning, steering, documentation and execution of logistics and IT projects using Track and Release (Jira).
• Furthermore, you will brainstorm uses of AI to optimize project management and process documentation.
• Last but not least, your responsibilities will include preparing meetings, taking accurate minutes, tracking deadlines and assisting with general project management tasks. Your ideas and quick learning ability are very welcome.

• Education: studies in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable with good grades
• Experience and Knowledge: very good MS Office skills; ideally first practical experience with SAP and/or Signavio
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a flexible, motivated and goal-oriented team player with strong analytical skills, an independent working style and excellent communication skills
• Work Routine: partially mobile working possible (40%)
• Languages: business fluent in German (C2) and English (min. C1)

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months
