•        Planificación de la demanda de becarios y coordinación de la contratación en colaboración con los departamentos correspondientes

•        Ejecución de todo el proceso de reclutamiento, selección e integración de los practicantes

•        Realización de entrevistas en español, alemán e inglés

•        Comunicación y correspondencia diaria con solicitantes y universidades

•        Preselección de los candidatos, así como la selección final de los solicitantes en colaboración con los departamentos correspondientes

•        Publicación de ofertas de empleo y prácticas

•        Tramitación de los contratos y seguros como también la gestión de pagos de las becas

•        Asesoramiento y ayuda a los becarios

•        Realización de entrevistas para prácticas

•        Evaluación de puestos de pasante

• Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés, español y/o Alemán
• Organizado/a
• Flexibilidad
• matricula en la univesidad
