Internship, Public Sector & Government (April-July)

Duration: 3 months, from February/March onwards 

Key Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on policies, regulations, programmes and international best practices, including literature reviews, benchmarking and basic data analysis.​

Assist in designing and administering surveys, interviews or focus groups with public sector stakeholders and consolidating the findings.​

Analyse datasets (e.g. administrative data, survey results, performance indicators) to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement in public service delivery.​

Contribute to the development of reports, slide decks, briefing notes and other client-facing materials, ensuring clear, concise and well-structured communication.​

Help prepare for and document workshops, consultations and meetings, including drafting agendas, materials, minutes and follow‑up action items.​

Support the preparation of proposals, concept notes and background research for new public sector consulting opportunities.​

Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and, where relevant, external partners to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality project outputs.​

Participate in internal learning, knowledge management and process improvement initiatives related to public policy analysis and public sector reform.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consultancy setting

Previous internship or project experience in consulting or related fields is a plus
