Your mission:
As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify and deliver relevant Energy and Ancillary Services to our end customers in every market we operate in and offer ⚡️#NewEnergy to our customers.
In your role you will:
• Strategically advance our product portfolio: You will be closely working with internal stakeholders to identify and validate new products & services based on their impact
• Internationalize & scale existing products: Customize and scale live products (i.e. Dynamic Pulse & Heartbeat AI) for a broader customer base and actively accelerate our expansion into international markets
• Take responsibility from the get go: You will be directly involved in developing End2End product strategies by calculating, writing and updating business cases

Your profile:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• You have completed your Bachelor studies and/or are in a gap year between your Bachelor’s and Master’s and have at least 6 months of availability
• You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation who is looking to drive change
• You have experience in and enjoy working with Google Sheets/Excel to understand the cost and revenue structure of products and services
• You have experience in and enjoy working with Google Slides/Powerpoint to create insightful slides that summarize the outcome of your work
• You have excellent language skills in English and excel at communicating with various internal/external stakeholders
• You are detail-oriented and have no trouble staying on top of multiple projects while managing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations
• You are a problem solver who can easily adapt to changing environments

Bonus points for:
• Previous experience or knowledge of the energy market is a plus but we are happy to get you up to speed - it’s the motivation that counts
• Relevant experience in fast-paced environments with insights into either Product Management, Consulting or other closely related areas is a plus
• Speaking German, as it eases communication with internal stakeholders in our biggest market
