En Endavant, no solo corremos campañas; entrenamos estrategias para ganar. Buscamos a nuestro próximo Performance Media Intern en la Ciudad de México para sumergirse en un viaje de 6 meses donde el análisis de datos y la Inteligencia Artificial son los protagonistas.🚀

No queremos a alguien que solo "configure anuncios". Buscamos mentes analíticas que cuestionen cada click y utilicen la IA para predecir resultados y optimizar pautas al siguiente nivel. 🧠✨

El reto: Analizar campañas de pauta digital y proponer optimizaciones basadas en datos reales para marcas multinacionales.

⏱ ️ La formación: 6 meses de inmersión total y retos constantes.

📍 Ubicación: Ciudad de Panamá en esquema híbrido

Buscamos a un perfil que:

🎓 Sea estudiante de último semestre o recién graduado de Marketing, Comunicación, Actuaría, Ingeniería o afines.

📊 Dominio y gran interés en la gestión de campañas en Facebook Ads y Google Ads.

💡 Iniciativa para la innovación en el análisis de datos mediante el uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA).
