Job Description

1. Purpose

The Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in the construction industry. The program aims to develop future professionals by offering practical learning opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects.

 

2. Eligibility

Intern candidates must meet the following criteria:

Be enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college, university, or trade school with a relevant major (e.g., construction management, civil engineering, architecture, business administration).

Be at least 18 years old.

Have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable).

 

3. Program Structure

Duration: Internships last between 8 weeks and 4 months, depending on project needs and academic requirements.

Schedule: Interns may work part-time or full-time, with hours determined based on department needs and school schedules.

Compensation: Interns will receive an hourly wage based on experience and department placement. Interns are not eligible for company benefits unless otherwise specified.

Departments: Interns may be placed in various departments, including project management, site operations, safety, estimating, and administration.

 

4. Responsibilities

Intern Responsibilities:

Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors, including project documentation, site visits, and administrative work.

5. Compliance & Policies
