   As an Intern in our Mechanical team, you will become part of a world‑wide support organization that actively contributes to various stages of product development.

   This role enables you to strengthen and expand your technical and organizational skills through close collaboration with experienced mentors and by using modern development methods and tools. We are looking for a self‑motivated and dedicated individual with a good command of English (speaking, writing, and listening), who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.

• Define and manage mechanical requirements.
• Analyze customer and stakeholder needs and translate them in clear technical specifications.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineering, systems engineering, electrical, and software teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Use requirements management tools to organize and track requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams (e.g. Project Managers and Technical Project Leaders) and support clarification of technical product requirements topics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs for structuring data, performing basic analyses, and supporting reporting activities.
• Use of AI tools to support requirements analysis, reduce repetitive manual work, improve efficiency, and simplify daily tasks, while assisting with documentation and reporting activities.

   A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:

• Currently enrolled in a Technical University (e.g., Mechanical profile) starting from the 3rd year of studies;
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering documentation;
• Familiarity with requirements management tools such as: IBM DOORS;
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications;
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills;
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop skills in a professional engineering environment;
• Good communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset;
• Organized, methodical and detail‑oriented, with a rigorous and tenacious approach to tasks;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Basic experience in using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
