The main tasks may include maintaining and analysing software license inventories, supporting contract and cost analyses, and preparing documentation and reports in collaboration with our IT Procurement team.
In addition, the intern may be involved in the automation of internal processes, such as simplifying and automating recurring reporting, data preparation, or approval workflows, for example through scripts, low-code tools, or similar solutions.
Overall, the role will provide valuable support to the team across various operational and analytical tasks.
• Students from computing engineering, information systems, business administration with an IT focus, industrial engineering, or similar fields of study.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured and detail-oriented way of working, confidence in using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, and a general interest in IT, software, and process automation.
• English level B2-C1.
• Located in Málaga.
