The ideal candidate will have experience in Display and Semiconductor related knowledge, with a strong understanding of 8D reporting and CAPA approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting engineer in 8D Problem Solving process, quality issue diagnosis and failure verification at production.

1. Claim Management

• Exposure to Display and Semiconductor related knowledge
• Exposure to 8D reporting and CAPA approach
• Support engineer in 8D Problem Solving process,• Quality issue diagnosis and failure verification at production
• Sample preparation for shipping
• 8D problem solving discussion with the internal and external team
• Corrective action effectiveness monitoring
• Data analyzing and drive for improvement activities

2. Lean Wave project

• To coordinate the implementation of lean activities in PQA team
• To support for lean activities documentation and presentation material preparation

3. PDI and sorting management

• Exposure to Display and Lens Cover related knowledge
• To support for sorting management work (KANBAN

4. PQA Tracker

• To support in updating PQA tracker such as S-block status, Q2 compliance check, Q2 cycle time tracker and PQApp usage percentage.

Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronic and Chemical Engineering or equivalent

• Familiar with MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
