About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of HR administrative functions, particularly within our intern and international assignment programs, and for contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interview sessions, including timely follow-up with all relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue offer letters for interns and manage documentation for contract extensions or shortenings.
• Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all new employees.
• Assist with the accurate completion of intern profiles and ensure their submission into the system.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Projects:
• Contribute to projects focused on the improvement of operational process flows, segmented by assignment type.
• Assist in updating and maintaining work instructions for International Assignment and Intern Recruitment processes.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource, or related fields.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Fluent in English 
• Comfortable working with people.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferably 6 months of internship.
