So, what are the main duties of an Intern in the HR Operations team of our Human Resources department?

As an HR Operations intern, you will be:

• Providing support with hiring processes, once being trained to the company’s HR system
• Assisting with communications regarding employee absence documentation and recording them in the HR system
• Maintaining the company’s physical personnel records
• Providing administrative support to the Payroll team.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Eligibility to attend an internship program through your university or academic institution
• An interest in HR Operations activities
• Familiarity with MS Excel
• Solid knowledge of the English language (written and oral) 
• Fast learner and team player
• Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail.
