Join our newly established organizational unit and play a key role in integrating Artificial Intelligence into our Manufacturing IT landscape. We operate at the intersection of Cloud Native platforms and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Our goal is to analyze, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery.

Your main objective is to identify potential AI use cases and support their technical or consultative implementation. Depending on the project needs and your personal strengths, you will work on the following topics:

• During your internship, you will analyze our current software and platform landscape to identify concrete opportunities where AI can improve efficiency or solve problems.
• You will develop technical solutions and prototypes. This includes optimizing IT Service Management processes or improving Platform Operations.
• Furthermore, you will explore how AI can enhance our CI/CD pipelines and Cloud Native Operations to make our workflows smarter.
• Last but not least, you will investigate and implement AI features to support our developers and improve the overall Developer Experience.

• Education: master studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: first contact with AI/Machine Learning or Cloud Native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, DevOps)
• Personality and Working Practice: you are proactive, analytical, and eager to bring in your own ideas in a newly founded environment
• Enthusiasm: strong interest in technology; enjoy building things from scratch
• Languages: fluent in English; German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
