Whether you join our Core Team or one of our portfolio startups, you'll be embedded in real ventures, working alongside founders from day one.

Open internship opportunities
We are currently looking for interns across several teams:
- Scale Team - VC Analyst Support the Scale team in identifying, evaluating, and activating growth opportunities across Hexa's portfolio. You'll work closely with founders on go-to-market, partnerships, and expansion with a VC analyst mindset.
- Sprint Team - VC Analyst Join the Sprint team at the earliest stage of startup creation. You'll run market analyses, and work hands-on at the early phase of new ventures.
- Talent Team - Ops
At Hexa, finding the right people is a growth problem. You'll own the full sourcing stack and directly shape how we recruit founders and early employees across our portfolio.
- Studio - GTM Associate Work directly with the studio team on go-to-market strategy, business development, and growth for newly launched startups. Expect a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Portfolio Startups - Business Associate Join one of Hexa's freshly launched startups as its first business hire. You'll contribute across sales, ops, and strategy - and get to watch (and shape) a company being built from scratch.

What we look for in all our interns
- You don't need to have done it before. But you need to want to build. Across all these roles, we're looking for:
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you're full of ideas, you like to test things yourself, and you thrive in environments built on trust and autonomy
- Strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity: you're good at building relationships with people, you ask good questions and you're always curious about how things work!
- A genuine interest in startups, technology, and building things that matter.
