Internship - Graphic Designer / Digital Design

This role involves creating captivating designs for everything from blogs to marketing materials, all while collaborating closely with our Creative Support team.

The Job:

• Expected to deliver consistently high-quality work that adheres strictly to Pixlr’s visual and technical standards, showcasing a strong commitment to compliance and brand consistency. This also includes the creation of engaging TikTok videos to ensure a strong, cohesive online presence.
• Proactive in taking on tasks, offering ideas, and being vocal and confident in presenting design decisions during review and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, adapting to feedback and evolving project requirements smoothly. This includes a readiness to adjust creative directions as needed to align with team goals.
• Encouraged to bring fresh, creative solutions and perspectives that align with user preferences and current market trends, underpinned by thorough research and understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Expected to fully grasp project details, deadlines, and quality expectations to ensure alignment with Pixlr’s goals, while maintaining a detailed and meticulous approach to all tasks.

Requirements:
The Person:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
• Have prior experience in using graphic software.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
• Possess a good working knowledge of contemporary design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
