Internship Founders Associate (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Do you want first-hand experience with how a start-up operates? Are you looking for an extraordinary opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment? Then you have come to the right place! We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support us in realizing our vision and who wants to contribute with their ideas. Your tasks will include:

• Support in identifying new expansion opportunities and target market segments through market analysis and competitive research to assess opportunities and risks.
• Assist in the implementation of the overall strategic direction of the company and develop actionable strategies to achieve our business objectives.
• Supporting the analysis of our customer insights in order to understand their needs and preferences and to derive tailor-made strategies from this.
• Use data-driven approaches to identify patterns, trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and help make strategic business decisions. 
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the C-Level or external stakeholders.

Your profile:
• You are looking for an internship & you are available for at least three months.
• Completed studies in economics, computer science or comparable qualifications with above-average grades.
• First internships in high-profile companies, e.g. in consulting, VC or high-growth startups.
• You live in Berlin and the surrounding area or you are willing to come to Berlin for your internship.
• You speak excellent English; a good command of German is a plus.
• Very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in working with databases and analysis tools is a big plus.
• High level of analytical competence, quick comprehension, and ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships.
• You are goal-oriented, take the initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• A strategic way of thinking and an excellent understanding of numbers.
• Last but not least: you have a passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship!

Your monthly salary: During Bachelors 600,00 € (gross) / During Masters or with completed training 1.000,00 € (gross)
