Will provide website address and competitors.

Description

We are looking for students who would be willing to take up internships with us in the field of HR recruitments.

We will train you on using portals and end to end recruitment activities in corporate.

Calling up candidates to discuss job opportunities, interview scheduling, report and analysis , offer negotiation.

To write up JD understand the positions and work on the same.

Head hunting skills, different sources of recruiting.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

Working five days a week, Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday !!!
