About The Job

As an intern in the Clients & Markets team November Five Dubai, you'll be in the thick of it from day one. This isn't a shadowing exercise, you'll work directly within our Clients & Markets team supporting real sales activity, contributing to how we pitch, and helping us run the AI-powered workflows that keep our pipeline moving.

You'll sit at the intersection of business development and operational delivery, connecting people, content, and processes. If you're curious about how agencies win new business, you're fluent in AI tools, and passionate about digital products and customer experience - this is your kind of start.

IF YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL

• Help produce marketing materials, case stories, and content that wins attention
• Support pitch and proposal work across active business development opportunities
• Build and manage internal AI and agentic workflows that drive team efficiency
• Contribute to new business ops like meeting rituals, follow-ups, pipeline hygiene
• Keep our CRM and process data clean, consistent, and useful
• Collaborate closely with the team on client-facing delivery, not just the background work

Requirements:
What you'll bring:

• A genuine passion for digital products and customer experience
• Fluency with AI tools: you use them, you think in them, you want to push them further
• A start-of-career mindset: eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable owning tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• An eye for quality in content, in process, in how things look and work
• Figma experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
• Right to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
• Based in UAE, or able to commute to Downtown Dubai for our hybrid setup
