Job Description

As an intern in the brand team you have the opportunity to work alongside the team in growing brands through music and sound. You will deep dive into the world of music and branding, gaining an understanding of how brands can use the power of music and sound to create meaningful connections with their target audience. You will spend your time researching how and why brands use music, striving to uncover unique insights and opportunities across multiple communication touchpoints. You will provide support across a variety of clients and projects, but also have a focus area to allow for more ownership, growth and development. 

You will be supporting the management of key client accounts and driving business growth. Reporting to our Global Business Director, you will work closely with all the Amsterdam teams where required, and help with research, presentation building, preparing and joining client meetings. You will support in strengthening the client relationship, and translating customer needs into new projects in the field of music production, strategies, sonic branding, and music profiling. You are eager and thrive in a fast paced International environment where you get the opportunity to turn your vision of brand development through music and sound into a reality. 

Main Job Duties

As a  brand team intern, you:  

Deliver stellar account administration across clients and all projects undertaken.

Join and support in planning and preparing for client meetings

Research, concepting, and building presentations for existing and new clients.

Align with the Global Business Director on the overarching strategic direction for brand development and short/long-term tasks to undertake and action against this planning.

Proactively identify where opportunities lie for MassiveMusic to serve the brands and develop this further with Account, Strategy and Creation teams. 

Keep your finger on the pulse of relevant brand news and activity to feed into the broader team.

This work is carried out with the Global Business Director, who is responsible for all the work that goes out.
