Job Description
As an intern in the Brand Activation & Artist Partnerships team, you will support a core team dedicated to the world of music activations and artist partnerships, gaining an understanding of how brands can use the power of music and strategic partnerships to create meaningful connections with their target audience. You will spend your time researching how and why brands use music, striving to uncover unique insights and opportunities across multiple communication touchpoints. You will provide support across a variety of international clients and projects, but also have a focus area, allowing for more ownership, growth and development.
You will be supporting the team that focuses on helping brands activate in music and collaborate with artists by tapping into music & culture. Reporting to a Senior Music & Culture Manager, you will work closely with teams across the globe where required, making sure relationships with clients are successfully maintained and projects are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards.
You will support in strengthening client relationships, and translating customer needs into new projects in the field of music activations, artist collaborations, and music insights. You are eager and thrive in a fast paced international environment where you get the opportunity to turn your vision of brand development through music and sound into a reality.
Main Job Duties
Deliver stellar account administration across clients and all projects undertaken.
Will be able to translate music insights into concise/clear communications for different audiences (internal & external).
Have exceptional attention to detail and love supporting the development of various client deliverables from presentations through to videos.
Helping brands tap into music & culture and coming up with creative, unique event formats that can live on and stay close to the brand’s identity.
Doing research into which artists are the best fit with a specific project by researching artists’ target audience, music profile and brand fit.
Align with the responsible Account Manager on the overarching strategic direction for brand development and short/long-term tasks to undertake and action against this planning.
By proactively researching and staying up to date with current music trends, what other brands are doing, and sharing why it’s relevant to our clients.
This work is carried out with the Senior Music & Culture Manager, who is ultimately responsible for all the work that goes out.
