[Internship] Billing Support & Order Management Intern

Order management support:

• Cooperate to sales and WH to issue invoice when delivering
• Tracking and follow up with carrier and customer (include CO & CQ)
• Timely notify mentors/ supervisor any extraordinary occur
• PO tracking and record for order management and payment process
• Inventory report update

Billing support:

• Customer information checking and correct before issuing final invoice
• Update VAT rate for material source

Others: 

• Arrange hard document in order
• Submit supply chain document for sign and stamp as Department's inquiry
• Ad-hoc topics are discussed during period

• 3rd, 4th year student major in Supply chain, Logistics, or International Economics during internship period
• No working experiences required, although students with experience in Logistics and Transportation is preferred 
• Fluent in English is required, German is optional
• Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) in required
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, willing to learn
• Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented
• Be able to provide Letter of Recommendation with university's stamp 

• Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
