We are looking for a motivated student to support our Bid Management team. You will help prepare documents for tenders, gather information, and keep everything well-organized. This role is ideal for someone who loves research, structure, and working with different teams.

 

Your Tasks

• Research: Look up information about tenders, customers, and required documents.
• Document Support: Help collect, format, and organize content for proposals and pre-qualification documents.
• Information Management: Keep folders, templates, and project files up to date and well structured.
• Coordination: Follow up with team members, track deadlines, and support meeting preparation.

• You enjoy research and finding information.
• You are organized and like to keep things structured.
• You can write and summarize clearly.
• You are reliable and have a strong sense of ownership
• You are proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), familiarity with SharePoint
• You are curious and eager to learn complex topics quickly
• You have a proactive attitude with the ability to follow-up independently
• Have proficiency in speak B1-C1 level English
• You need to be located in Málaga, Spain
• You have to be a student 
• It is mandatory to be able to sign an agreement with the university
