Our team brings over 23 years of experience in software development for instrument clusters, working across a diverse range of vehicles—from buses and trucks to agricultural machinery and high-end motorcycles.

You will join a team passionate about creating intuitive Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and developing the control logic behind them. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how we design solutions that enhance the driver experience, while contributing to real-world automotive projects.

As an AI developer intern, you will:

• Collaborate with software engineers to identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort and improve quality;
• Research and evaluate AI‑assisted development tools, with focus on GitHub Copilot and Copilot Agents;
• Design and prototype reusable Copilot agents, prompts, and skills for common development tasks;
• Support the creation of best practices and guidelines for AI‑assisted development;
• Create training material, tutorials, and documentation to enable developers to use AI tools effectively.

Technical Skills

• Basic programming knowledge (any of the following):
• C/C++;
• Python;
• JavaScript;
• MATLAB Simulink.
• Development Tools & Environment:
• Experience using Git, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Jira;
• Interest in AI‑assisted development tools.

Soft Skills

• Strong curiosity and self‑learning ability;
• Ability to research independently and summarize findings;
• Structured thinking and documentation skills.

Represents an advantage:

• Prior usage of GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools;
• Prior experience in creating custom agents in GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools;
• Understanding of software development workflows;
• Basic knowledge of CI/CT;
• Experience creating tutorials or technical documentation.
